At Homeaven, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have created a simple Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy.
Please review the details below before requesting a return, replacement, or refund.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Customers must inform us about the return within 3 days of delivery.
• Returned items must reach us within 7–10 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).
• Certain products such as clearance or final sale items may not be eligible for return.

Important Notice
A parcel opening video is mandatory.
To process any claims related to damaged, incorrect, or missing products, customers must record a clear video while opening the parcel.
Without the parcel opening video, we will not be able to process return or replacement requests.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Replacement Policy
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp: +91 9113005417 with the following details:
• Order Number
• Description of the issue
• Parcel opening video
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once verified, a replacement will be approved and shipped within 24 hours.
Delivery of the replacement product may take 2–10 days depending on your location.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided under the following conditions:
• If a returned item meets our return policy and passes inspection after being received by our team.
• If the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect and the customer chooses a refund instead of replacement.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of approval.
However, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account or payment method depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
• Clearance or final sale products
• Customized or personalised products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products returned without original packaging or missing parts
5. Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Customers must ship the returned product to our warehouse address. Please note that reverse pickup services may not always be available.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the return reaches us safely.
