1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) or on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message and email containing your tracking details.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh:
2–4 business days
Other States:
4–7 business days
Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands:
5–10 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier service conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include an additional ₹100 COD fee, regardless of order value.
4. Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship only within India.
At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Box addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
• A WhatsApp message
• An Email with tracking details
You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Homeaven is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier service.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact the courier partner directly to file a claim.
However, our support team will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We will try our best to update the address before the order is shipped. However, once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes.
